Champions in Business and Sport

Poppy Cleall is one of the most recognisable faces in women’s rugby.

Poppy has amassed 65 caps for the England Red Roses and plays for Saracens Women in the Allianz Premiership Women’s Rugby, having re-joined them from Bristol Bears in 2016.

During Poppys time with England, Poppy has won multiple Womens Six Nations titles, has appeared in 2 World Cup finals and was the Womens 6 Nations Player of the Year in 2021.

At Saracens, Poppy has won multiple Premiership titles, was part of a Premiership and Cup double-winning squad, and was nominated for the Premiership Player of the Year Award in 2016.

On a personal level, Poppy was nominated for the Womens World Player of the Year honour in 2021.

Poppy, who went to school locally in Fordingbridge, regularly comes back to her home club of Ellingham and Ringwood RFC, where she was part of an amazing Under 18 Girls squad that included 4 players, including twin sister Bryony,  who went on to play International rugby in the Womens 6 Nations.

Off the field, Poppy is a huge advocate for the Girls and Womens game and has contributed to the sport by founding the Women’s Rugby Agency in 2020 to promote women’s rugby and encourage more girls to join the sport​. Her leadership, passion for the female game, grow the game attitude and elite performance make her a highly respected figure in women’s rugby. In 2023, Poppy was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Bournemouth University in recognition of her achievements in international and domestic rugby and her work to promote gender equality in sport

Dodge has been an Entrepreneur since he was a child, and through 25 years in business, he has founded five successful companies in the worlds of Festivals, Nightclubs, Sportswear & Podcasting. He loves building businesses and surrounding himself with likeminded people who just get it.

1,500 club nights, 17 festivals, a chart-topping podcast and over 1 million tickets later, he now shares his insights through public speaking, YouTube and podcasting.

He is proud to be the host of the Eventful Lives Podcast which is in the top 0.5% globally and is listened to in 184 countries, with over 100 million views over the last 6 months.

Dodge is also the Co-Host of the Harry Redknapp Show which is where his podcast Journey started.
