Spyrosoft is a group of companies providing consulting and software development services in segments including Automotive, HR Tech, EduTech, Finance, Geospatial, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industry 4.0, Media and Robotics. The Group offers a one-stop shop approach as it operates within a wide range of specialities – from Enterprise and Embedded Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud and Cybersecurity, to HMI or Ecommerce, Low-code and CRM Platforms.
Spyrosoft is a global company with over 1500 specialists onboard and 15 offices in 8 countries. The firm has been included in the Financial Times ranking of 1000 fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years: 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Konrad Weiske
Chairman of the Board
Konrad Weiske, cofounder of Spyrosoft S.A., is a manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked for such international firms as Siemens, Vodafone, IBM, Microsoft, and Intive. He also currently serves as vice president of Software Development Association Poland (SoDA). He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
Wojciech Bodnarus
Member of the Board
Wojciech Bodnaruś, cofounder and CFO of Spyrosoft S.A., has been affiliated with the IT industry since 2008. He previously worked at PORR Polska Infrastructure S.A. and Intive. At Spyrosoft S.A. he is responsible for financial strategy, planning and control, and risk management for all group companies. He is an economics graduate of the University of Łódź.
Slawomir Podolski
Member of the Board
Sławomir Podolski is a manager with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He previously worked for ISBAN, Sygnity, and Intive. At Spyrosoft S.A. he serves as COO, responsible for sale and delivery of services. He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
Sebastian Lekawa
Member of the Board
Sebastian Łękawa, cofounder of Spyrosoft S.A., previously worked for such companies as Crédit Agricole, Recrutia, iAlbatros, and X2. He cofounded SMT Software. At Spyrosoft S.A. he is responsible for recruitment and development of local offices of the Spyrosoft Group around the world. He studied at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

Krzysztof Kulinski
Member of the Supervisory Board
Krzysztof Kuliński is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He has worked in IT since 1983 and is regarded as a pioneer in the development of the IT sector in Wrocław. In 2000 he was responsible for opening and subsequently managing the Siemens R&D Centre. He also gained professional experience working for many other international IT firms, such as Gemalto M2M, Research & Engineering Center, and GlobalLogic.
Andrew Radcliffe
Member of the Supervisory Board
Andrew Radcliffe holds a BSc in computer science and an MSc, and also completed the IT Leadership Programme at Cranfield School of Management. In his long experience in the IT industry, he has worked for Pythagorus International, Astrium, Ordnance Survey, Benefex, and Codefix. In the Spyrosoft Group he currently serves as CEO of Spyrosoft Ltd in the UK.
Tomasz Krzesniak
Member of the Supervisory Board
Tomasz Krześniak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He has been a tax adviser since 2004 and a member of the Warsaw Bar Council since 2010. He has worked at the National Chamber of Tax Advisers, AE Consult, Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Prof. Witolda Modzelewskiego, Kancelaria Adwokata Jacka Brydaka, and Kancelaria Krześniak & Budzyński & Stec. He also serves on the supervisory board of Tenderhut.
Piotr Budzynski
Member of the Supervisory Board
Piotr Budzyński is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw, where he specialized in economic history. He serves on the administrative, managerial or supervisory authorities of firms including Kancelaria Krześniak & Budzyński & Stec, Xantus S.A., Centrum Innowacyjnych Rozwiązań Biomedycznych S.A., and Canna Pure sp. z o.o.
Praf Vagh
Member of the Supervisory Board
Praf Vagh is a leadership advisor with experience in executive search, assessment, and executive coaching. He is currently the MD of Maldev and has gained extensive experience across EMEA, Asia, and North America. He was previously a Partner at ON Partners and Eric Salmon, having earlier co-founded MPI Eden. He is an advisor and investor in Lifeed – an HR/EdTech software business – and a trustee of the Elena Baltacha Foundation, a non-profit organization. Praf holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Salford.
